The Macgregor children just wanted the chance to join in
Every afternoon, the street outside the MacGregor family home fills with the sound of neighbourhood kids riding past.
For a long time, the MacGregor children could only watch.
They watched their friends ride past.
They watched neighbourhood kids head off together after school.

Your donation supports the cost of a bike package, including safety gear, delivery, and program support. Each year, Variety grants over 300 bikes, helmets, and locks to children who need them most.
If the Bikes for Kids program raises more than is needed to meet current demand, excess funds will be directed to other individual grants that support children living with disability, illness, or disadvantage. This may include life-changing equipment such as communication devices for non-verbal children or wheelchairs for kids with mobility challenges.
