What's it Cost to Go on the Variety Brats Bash?

Entry Fees

$550

per car

When you sign up to the Variety Brats Bash you'll be asked to pay an entry fee for your car which is $550. Sign up before COB 17 April to receive a $50 discount!

Fundraising Commitment

$750

per car

The Variety Brats Bash is a fundraising event and we ask you to commit to a $750 fundraising minimum before you go on the event. We provide you will all the tools, tips and support you need to reach your goal.

Accommodation

Your Choice

Accomodation in each location can vary from hotel/motel, bed & breakfast, cabins, caravans, hostels and sometimes we even camp out under the stars!

Our helpful Variety Brats Bash Committee take the hard work out of it and book all accommodation on your behalf. We’ll advise of costs in advance. 

Meals and Provisions

$300+

per car

As for meals, our Committee and Motoring Events Manager arrange for local organisations to cater for our crew. This ranges from restaurants and pubs to local community groups like the Lions Club.

Before the event we will provide you with a meal cost estimate but alloe for between $400-$500 per adult and $300-$400 per child for meals. Additional costs include
Public Liability Insurance of approx. $45 per car (incl. GST).

Car Costs

Your Choice

You can bring along any vehicle, however we recommend a 4WD, SUV or Variety Bash Car. The vehicle must comply with the information in the Variety Brats Bash Vehicle Checklist. Registration covering the period of the Variety Brats Bash event is compulsory.
