Thanks to our generous sponsors, supporters and attendees, we raised over $250,000!
Thank you for helping us turn a KIA Sportage into a Sunshine Coach for Skene Street Specialist School in Stawell.
Sunshine Coaches allow students who have a physical disability, or have a regional or social disadvantage, to attend excursions, extracurricular activities and access their community when they would otherwise miss out.
"A new bus would mean the world to us all, especially our students, they love sports, meeting people, excursions and being able to participate. Interacting with their community, participating and learning can lead to improved health and wellbeing and quality of life outcomes. It can also boost their self-confidence. We have students that doesn’t want to go on school holidays and cry because they want to stay at school and at times, it can break our hearts when we cannot take them to events simply because we have no transport. But thanks to the generosity of the Variety community this is all about to change. We cannot wait to share our adventures with you."
– Robyn, Skene Street Specialist School, Stawell
