Hills to Harbour: 2027 Route


Brats Bash 2027 is shaping up to be one unforgettable journey, taking our community from Melbourne to the iconic Sydney Harbour and back again, all while raising funds to help kids in need.

Taking place across Easter, this round-trip adventure brings together great company, iconic experiences, and the chance to make a real impact. 

Day 1: Sunday, 28 March

Mansfield to Griffith 

Start your journey in Mansfield, nestled in the foothills of the Victorian Alps. From there, head north as rolling countryside gives way to the wide-open farmland of the Riverina, before arriving in Griffith, known for its food, wine and rich agricultural heritage.

Day 2: Monday, 29 March

Griffith to Canberra 

Leaving Griffith behind, the journey continues through the heart of the Riverina before making its way towards Canberra, where country roads give way to the rolling hills and landmarks of Australia’s capital.

Day 3: Tuesday, 30 March

Canberra to The Entrance 

Leaving Canberra, the journey heads north through the rolling countryside of New South Wales before reaching The Entrance, where Tuggerah Lake meets the ocean and the Central Coast’s relaxed seaside charm awaits.

Day 4: Wednesday, 31 March

The Entrance to Sydney

Leaving The Entrance, the journey follows the Central Coast south towards Sydney, trading relaxed coastal scenery for the energy and iconic sights of Australia’s harbour city.

Day 5: Thursday, 1 April

Sydney

With a full day to explore, families can discover Sydney’s iconic attractions, from the zoo and Luna Park to an optional Sydney Harbour Bridge climb.

Day 6: Friday, 2 April

Sydney to Ulladulla

Leaving Sydney, the journey heads south along the coast towards Ulladulla, where beautiful beaches, sparkling waterways and the laid-back charm of the South Coast await.

Day 7: Saturday, 3 April

 Ulladulla to Merimbula

Leaving Ulladulla, the journey continues south along the stunning NSW South Coast towards Merimbula, with beautiful beaches, coastal towns and sweeping ocean views along the way.

Day 8: Sunday, 4 April

Merimbula to Thredbo

Leaving Merimbula, the Bash heads inland towards Thredbo, trading the beautiful Sapphire Coast for rolling countryside, mountain roads and the spectacular alpine landscapes of the Snowy Mountains.

Day 9: Monday, 5 April

Thredbo to Bright

Leaving Thredbo, the Brats Bash winds through the spectacular Snowy Mountains before crossing into Victoria and rolling into Bright, a picturesque alpine town and the final stop of the 2027 Brats Bash.
