I'm hitting the road for kids in need!
I'm so proud to be taking part in this year's Variety Brats Bash to raise funds and support children in need. This exciting event will see my family and I driving alongside a convoy of colourful, wacky vehicles, all while raising money for Variety – the Children's Charity!
The Variety Brats Bash is a fantastic event where participants embark on an epic journey across Australia, spending quality with their family all while bringing joy and support to countless kids and families. The best bit? We get to ditribute grants & equipment to kids and schools along the way so you see where your donation is going and our kids get to experience the joy of helping others.
Since its inception, the Variety Brats Bash has made a significant impact, funding life-changing equipment, therapy, and programs for children who are sick, disadvantaged, or living with a disability.

UNO... WHAT.. We are joining the 2025 Brat's Bash!!!

Get ready to shuffle the deck because Team UNO is hitting the road for an epic adventure—and it’s all for a great cause!
From March to April 2025, we’re proud to be part of the Brats Bash, a journey taking us from Renmark to Alice Springs as Bash Car 1961. This isn’t just any road trip—it’s a wild, colourful, and UNO what kind of trip!
Behind the wheel (and probably cracking the best road trip jokes and sharing plenty of wisdom) is Poppy Martin, a veteran Basher who knows the ropes and affectionately holds the name JAFA. Joining him for their very first Brats Bash are Toby and Mabel, bringing fresh energy, rookie enthusiasm, and UNO lot of questions… and maybe the odd, “How much longer until we get there?”
But beyond the fun, we’re driving with purpose. We’re raising funds for Variety – the Children’s Charity of Victoria, an incredible organisation that helps kids living with disability and illness or experiencing disadvantage.
The Brats Bash isn’t a race—it’s about kids raising funds for other kids. Over the course of a week, we’ll travel across rugged outback roads, visit remote communities, and take part in fun activities, dress-up days, and community events that bring smiles to kids both on and off the route.
