Estelle is a dedicated philanthropy professional with extensive experience in fundraising, donor engagement, and charity management. Since joining Variety in 2023, she has secured substantial funding to support children, contributing to significant growth in major gifts, grants, and partnerships.

Her diverse background includes managing a charity in Mauritius, supporting people living with severe mental illness in France, and serving as a missionary across Europe and the Middle East, experience that has shaped her adaptable, relationship‑centred approach to philanthropy.

Now serving as Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager, Estelle leads strategic fundraising initiatives and fosters strong relationships with donors, foundations, and corporate partners to expand Variety’s impact across Victoria.
